At Rustic Rooster Studio, each item is carefully made and inspected before shipping. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect application of stickers
- Normal wear or misuse
- Ordering the wrong item
All sales are considered final.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’ve got you covered.
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
Once verified, we will gladly send a replacement at no cost.
Important Notes
- Stickers must be applied carefully to a clean, dry surface
- We are not responsible for damage caused during application
- Minor color variations may occur due to screen differences
