At Rustic Rooster Studio, we take pride in carefully packaging each order to make sure it arrives safely and ready to enjoy.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods (such as product launches or vendor events), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience!

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped and is in the hands of the carrier, Rustic Rooster Studio is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, we will gladly make it right.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

Once approved, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.

Incorrect Address / Returned Packages

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping costs
  • No refunds will be issued for incorrect addresses
